1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (order number)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or private label items (made to order)
  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Wrong size selected by the customer (this is the customer’s responsibility, not ours)

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part).

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and send clear photos so we can arrange the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by us.We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Then, contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time.
